There is an advertisement for a Dodge Ram Crew 1500 that stands out to me, it is red white and black which are my favorite colors and it tells me to, "Never Back Down From A Challenge" pulling me into the ad. The advertisement completely engulfs the entire page with it's red and shows a bold picture of it's advertised product, the Dodge Ram Crew 1500. There even is a video that explains in depth the Dodge Ram Crew 1500 utilizing special effects to capture the audiences eye. The ad considers that you already know about Dodge, the American car manufacturer, they just tell you that there is a NEW 2009 model coming out, this leaves you with wanting more information which in turn has you going to there website, www.RamChallenge.com. Overall this ad captures your emotions, it makes you feel that you will be more manly if you buy the Dodge Ram Crew 1500, that you will be more respected with a heavy duty towering truck. The ad has no authority because it does not give any information that can be questioned, it is all factual. The underlying meaning is not literally expressed. I understand fully what the advertisement is trying to sell me, and it makes a good impression.
